Email Automation

This feature allows managers to send emails
based on conditions is the database.




Select the run times such as; on a schedule, when Act start up,
or on shutdown. (Or select all three!)



Conditions are built and saved using the 'Advance Query' builder in Act!

Email Subject: Design your subject line which can merge from the contact records

Body Template: Select the email body from any template. Click to see more
Attachment Name: if you are adding an attachment give it a unique name!

Attachment Template: Select the attachment template from any existing template.

Select Emails: Select the email fields from your database.
Use ANY email field such as personal and work at the same time.

Update value: After the automation runs you can set any field to be updated.
This is useful when you don't want the automation to run multiple times on the same contact.

Type: Select the type of activity you want to create.

Start Date: Select the desired start date.

Start Time: Select the desired start time.

Regarding: Populate the regarding field for each activity.
